Pull items from freezer storage, ensure proper garnish, and maintain food logs while monitoring prepared food quantity. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees; serve as a role model and maintain positive working relationships. Anticipate guest service needs, report maintenance or safety issues, and adhere to all company policies. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 pounds. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
