Job Summary

Demi Chef de Partie to join Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens for the 2026 season (6–7 months), supervising commis and ensuring high culinary standards. Prepare and cook according to standard procedures and recipe cards, supervise and train junior staff, assist in menu development, and maintain hygiene and HACCP standards. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure food quality, presentation, and room amenities. Respond to hotel emergencies and support smooth kitchen operations. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and legal right to work in Greece; English fluency is essential with Greek as an asset; prior supervisory culinary experience is advantageous.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous supervisory experience in a culinary role is an advantage
  • European Passport or legal right to work in Greece
  • Fluency in English; Greek language proficiency is an advantage
  • Food Service Sanitation certification is an asset
