Job Summary
Prepare meals as a Demi Chef de Partie, follow recipes and quality standards, maintain documentation and food logs, monitor oven and equipment temperatures, prepare cold foods, and assist in training and coaching culinary staff. Communicate menu specials and inventory needs to service staff, ensure food safety and hygiene, and support the kitchen team to meet safety, presentation, and quality expectations. Stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
