Job Summary
Demi Chef de Partie responsible for preparing special meals, regulating oven temperatures, thawing and portioning, ensuring quality and presentation, maintaining food logs, and communicating with staff during peak periods. Supports management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees; adheres to safety policies, protects company assets, and maintains professional appearance. Requires at least 3 years of related culinary experience and a technical/trade/vocational education; no supervisory experience required. Marriott International equal opportunity employer.
