Job Summary
Prepare special meals and substitutes; regulate oven/broiler/grill/roaster temperatures; thaw frozen items; ensure proper portioning, presentation, and garnish; maintain food logs; monitor quality and quantity; communicate needs during busy periods; inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items; cook according to recipes and standards; prepare cold foods. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; uphold safety policies and procedures; report maintenance issues and accidents; ensure professional appearance and confidentiality; protect company assets. Anticipate and address guests’ service needs; communicate clearly; develop positive working relationships; support team in achieving goals; adhere to quality expectations; stand/walk for extended periods; lift and move items up to 25 pounds; perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
