Job Summary
Demi Chef de Partie with at least 3 years of related kitchen experience, responsible for preparing special meals or substitute items, regulating oven and equipment temperatures, thawing and portioning food, ensuring presentation and quality standards, maintaining food logs, and communicating needs during peak periods. Supports management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff; adheres to safety, sanitation, and company policies; maintains professional appearance and confidentiality; coordinates with Food & Beverage service teams to relay menu specials and out-of-stock items. Must assist in maintaining overall kitchen operations, uphold food safety certifications and training, and contribute to achieving team goals. Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds; travel none; location is Cebu City, Philippines. This role is full-time within Marriott International's hospitality environment, emphasizing teamwork, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
- Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience
