Supports management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff; adheres to safety policies and procedures; maintains professional appearance and protects company assets. Focus on consistent quality, adherence to recipes and standards, teamwork, and delivering guest experiences. Requires hands-on cookery skills, ability to stand for extended periods, and capability to move items up to 25 pounds; preferred technical/vocational education with at least 3 years of related experience.
