Job Summary
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist; prepare cold foods and regulate temperature of cooking equipment; pull items from storage, maintain proper portions, and keep food logs. Inform and coordinate with Food & Beverage staff about menu specials and stock status. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; uphold safety, security, and confidentiality of proprietary information; ensure professional appearance and adherence to policies. Stand or move for extended periods; lift objects up to 25 pounds. Maintain team relationships, communicate clearly, and respond to guest needs to support a high-quality service environment. Preferred education is a Technical/Trade/Vocational degree; typically 3 years of related experience; no supervisory responsibility noted.
