Job Summary

Demi Chef De Partie responsible for participating in the preparation of food items to guest orders with consistent quality, completing mise en place and setting up stations for breakfast/lunch/dinner, starting items in advance, training and supervising kitchen staff to meet standards, operating and cleaning kitchen equipment, controlling waste and cost, and creating new recipes and decorative displays. Culinary education is strongly preferred and at least 2 years of culinary experience, with a focus on teamwork, service excellence, and a long-term career in hospitality.
