Conduct daily kitchen operations across Midtown Grill, Sorel's Midtown Bar & Lounge, and 24-hour in-room dining to support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all 12 event rooms. Prepare steaks for evening service and manage group meals in the afternoon while maintaining high service levels. Work within the kitchen team to ensure excellent dishes are delivered to guests at this 396-room Amsterdam Marriott hotel. Requires at least two years of kitchen experience and legal right to work in the Netherlands. Monthly gross salary ranges from €2,575 to €2,700 with performance-based increases, plus free gym access, travel allowance, and 25 paid vacation days.
