Demi Chef De Partie role at Morgans Originals Hotel, Mumbai. Assist in preparing and cooking dishes within assigned section under the guidance of the Chef de Partie; maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning; contribute to mise en place and daily service preparation. Work closely with the Chef de Partie to ensure smooth operations, supervise commis chefs and trainees, maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the section. Monitor stock levels, assist in receiving and storing deliveries, and support cost control to minimize waste. Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards, follow SOPs, and promptly report equipment issues. Contribute to creating memorable dining experiences aligned with Black Lacquer’s and Morgans Originals’ luxury lifestyle ethos and collaborate with the front-of-house team for seamless service.
