Job Summary
Demi Chef de Partie with bakery focus responsible for preparing ingredients, portioning, chopping, washing and peeling produce, measuring and mixing, and cooking according to recipes and quality standards. Performs station setup/breakdown, operates ovens/stoves/grills/microwaves/fryers, tests for doneness, monitors food quality, and ensures proper presentation and serving portions. Maintains safety, sanitation, uniform appearance, confidentiality, and professional communication; supports team to achieve goals; adheres to quality expectations, safety policies, and training. Requires at least 1 year of related experience, high school diploma or GED, and no supervisory experience. Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with full-time, in-person duties at the Marriott International location.
