Job Summary
Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes while ensuring all food meets the highest standards and the kitchen runs smoothly. Maintain a positive attitude and strong communication skills to work effectively as a team player under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Manage duties across a rotational roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Diploma in Hospitality
- 2+ years experience in commercial kitchen
- knowledge of food professional principles and practises
- valid visa or working rights for Australia
- available to work in the evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
