Job Summary
Perform personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, shaving, and meal preparation. Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments while performing light housekeeping and patient-specific tasks such as medication reminders, range of motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, and incontinence care. Utilize lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts to care for bed-bound patients. Weekend shift differential applies from 7pm Friday to 7am Monday.
