Job Summary
Material & Planning Manager leads the Material & Planning function within FPS Jiading, ensuring capacity and material availability for mid-range MRP and long-term forecasts; drives balance between customer demand fulfillment and inventory levels; oversees processes for forecasting, inventory management, and IT/TO improvements; conducts performance reviews, develops team competencies, and manages overtime, training, and leaves; collaborates with purchasing and supply chain to optimize material-flow and capacity; requires strong English, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred majors include logistics or International Business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above in a relevant field
- 10 years Material Planning experience
- 3 years of management experience
- Excellent English skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good analytical competence and presentation skills
