Job Summary
Demand Writer Support Specialist — remote role focusing on driving a high-volume PI demand pipeline by reviewing medical records and bills, organizing exhibits, and preparing attorney-facing demand packages. Independently verify billing and treatment timelines, assemble complete, clearly labeled demand packages, identify missing records, and navigate/discover relevant documents within a case management workflow (Filevine preferred). Maintain exhibit preparation standards, support demand submission workflows (EvenUp or similar), and manage multiple demands while meeting deadlines. Strong emphasis on accuracy, quality, and process improvements to reduce rework and support momentum and outcomes for personal injury matters.
Required Qualifications
- Plaintiff personal injury experience
- Direct experience drafting PI demand letters/packages
- Strong independent medical record and bill review skills
- Experience preparing demand packages from record intake through final assembly
- Experience working in a case management system (Filevine strongly preferred)
- Comfort operating in a high-volume environment with large backlogs and shifting priorities
- Strong written English skills for attorney-facing work
