Job Summary
Lead monthly Sales & Operations (S&OP) review meetings to challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy, then submit periodic Net Requirement Forecasts through SAP based on cross-functional analyses. Manage short UBD and inactive inventories, coordinate reverse logistics for returns and repairs, and reconcile inventory discrepancies in ERP against warehouse and third-party locations. Drive customer service activities including order creation, backorder management, and credit limit checks while maintaining accurate pricing masters and system transactions. Handle customer queries, product complaints, and recalls, and manage import/export customs clearance processes to ensure timely material availability. Submit periodic Net Requirement Forecast through SAP, based on cross-functional discussions, analyses on sales forecast, new product launches, phase-In/out schedule, etc.
Required Qualifications
- A diploma or equivalent of University graduated
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar roles
- Demonstrates efficient communications skills
- Able to work independently and as part of team
- Able to organize and prioritize work
- Demonstrates basic level of computer literacy with high numerical accuracy
- Yes, 5 % of the Time
