Demand & Supply Planner - Temp

Job Summary
Lead bottom-up, 18-month horizon demand plans for categories in scope within the cluster, aligning with commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure product availability, desired freshness, optimal inventory, and service levels. Own MBPC in the cluster, lead pre-alignment and sign-off meetings with cluster leadership, sales, CDT & marketing; use Sellout/IMS data for accurate planning; perform advanced price-elasticity simulations related to currency devaluation; analyze second-tier wholesalers to improve forecast accuracy; develop ICP baselines for new product launches and promotions; manage end-to-end monthly pallet projections to avoid OOS/overstock; coordinate with logistics and finance to ensure on-time availability and budgeted stock cover; monitor KPIs (OG%, tonnage, DPA, bias, COF, stock cover, bad goods) and drive improvements through MBPC; maintain learning logs and support promo stock availability and on-time fulfillment across the distribution network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering or Supply Chain
- Not less than 2 years of experience in demand Planning
- F&B Background is a plus
- Experience in Microsoft Office Tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills
