Job Summary
Demand Supply Planner/Master Scheduler to drive and coordinate the master scheduling process, presenting the overall business plan at MS meetings, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing operations, Finance, and Logistics to optimize the build plan and respond quickly to changes to meet revenue targets and customer commitments. Responsible for executing and maintaining accurate MRP loading/validation, and developing and maintaining key performance metrics. Requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder communication, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with MRP/SAP processes and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or technical field or equivalent experience
- Some worked experience in MPS and MRP Planning and Inventory management
- Good Analytical skill, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with MRP (SAP) processes and proficiency with Microsoft office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI dashboard etc.
- Working knowledge of computer software applications eg VBA programming language (eg. create Macro)
