Job Summary
The Demand & Supply Planner (CIC) is responsible for planning the demand forecast, production, and distribution across the CIC network to meet service level targets, inventory targets, capacity constraints, and total delivered cost. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop high-quality demand forecasts and supply plans, updates and maintains the latest MRP in Planning Tool, raises monthly PRs, coordinates POs, and shares forecasts with CIC and suppliers. Manages phase in/out for promotions and product discontinuations; supports NPD creation and product exits; maintains inventory master data; provides support for MTO and other strategic projects; assesses capacity for Sales & Marketing opportunities; communicates constraints and develops concise inputs for monthly S&OP meetings; tracks KPIs such as forecast accuracy, fill rate, FDOS, inventory targets, and OOS. Requires experience in demand forecasting and supply planning, familiarity with S&OP, and proficiency with forecasting tools (Kinaxis preferred) and Excel/Power BI. Emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and ongoing process improvements within a values-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a demand forecasting and supply planning (1-2 years experience preferred)
- Degree qualification in supply chain management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Working knowledge of S&OP process
- Experience with forecasting software (Kinaxis preferred)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel & Power BI
- Ability to work cross functionally to meet team goals
- Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Facilitation and resolution skills; autonomous and process driven
