Job Summary
Demand & Shipping Specialist will own import shipping administration for AU & NZ permits, liaise with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, identify delays and advise on impacts to business and marketing plans, manage container costings and monthly reporting, review landed costs and share insights with stakeholders, coordinate international shipments (FOB), raise and manage purchase orders in Pronto ERP, partner with Global Sourcing to adjust orders as required, and take full ownership of end-to-end PO management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in inventory, logistics, or supply chain
- Exposure to ERP systems (Pronto a plus)
- Knowledge of international imports & shipping processes
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders and presenting insights
