Job Summary
Supervise and lead a team of Demand Planning Specialists responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer demand and forecast entries while resolving order parameter violations. Oversee the forecasting process to ensure accurate, data-driven results and optimize inventory levels across facilities to support customer needs. Analyze data to lead continuous improvement efforts in the forecasting process, identifying and solving inconsistencies within raw EDI transmissions and Kinetic behavior. Collaborate with teams to ensure inventory aligns with business and customer goals, supporting resolution of inventory discrepancies and challenges. Build engaged and empowered teams while performing other duties as assigned. This role supports WCI's growth from $50M to over $375M in annual sales across nine locations, including international operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor in a variety of settings
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced inventory management skills including forecasting
- Experience with Epicor ERP system
Desired Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration/Management or another relevant field
- Continuous Improvement application and/or leadership
- Building and sustaining a healthy team and culture
