Demand Planning, Staff Analyst

Job Summary
Own the end-to-end regional demand plan for Hardware, Consumables, and Service Parts, ensuring alignment to commercial outlook and financial targets. Analyze statistical and market forecasts enriched with region-specific intelligence, then partner with regional stakeholders to align on assumptions, risks, and opportunities. Participate in the S&OP process to ensure visibility to demand drivers, monitor key KPIs like forecast accuracy and inventory health, and identify root causes of variation to drive corrective actions. Highlight demand risks such as tenders or policy shifts and escalate with clear mitigation plans. This role supports revenue, service-level, and inventory objectives within the Global Supply Chain organization in Singapore, offering a fully remote arrangement with 10-15% global travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or S&OP/IBP environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in forecasting tools or planning systems
- Ability to operate effectively in a regional, cross-functional setting
- Influencing without authority
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Ability to travel - 10-15%, overnight, globally
