Job Summary
Demand Planning Separation role responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, analyzing variability and bias, partnering with Supply Planning, Commercial, Finance, and Operations to align demand with supply, supporting S&OP/IBP processes, monitoring lifecycle changes, and delivering data-driven insights through reports and dashboards to leadership; role contributes to customer service, operational stability, and data-driven decision-making within DePuy Synthes as part of Johnson & Johnson’s transition toward standalone orthopaedics operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, forecasting, or analytics.
- Experience with forecasting methodologies, demand planning tools, and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- English required.
