Job Summary
Demand Planning Separation leads the development of demand forecasts and the alignment of demand plans with supply capabilities during a time of business transformation. The role supports S&OP/IBP processes, analyzes forecast accuracy and variability, and partners with commercial, finance, and operations to enable service continuity and inventory optimization. Responsibilities include building forecasts from historical data and market intelligence, monitoring lifecycle changes and ensuring data integrity across planning systems, and delivering dashboards and scenario analyses for leadership. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and adherence to Credo/DePuy Synthes values, with high visibility in a standalone organization transition.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, forecasting, or analytics (8-10 years)
- Experience with forecasting methodologies and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Preferred: experience in medical devices or regulated manufacturing
- Experience supporting S&OP or IBP processes
- Knowledge of SAP APO/IBP or similar platforms
- Experience leading or contributing to large-scale transformations
- English language proficiency
- Travel up to 10% domestically
- APICS CPIM or similar certification preferred
