Job Summary
Lead demand forecasting by collaborating with Sales, Channel, and Product teams to develop accurate budget plans and align monthly sales calls. Analyze demand patterns, inventory levels, and promotional activities to adjust forecasts, mitigate risks, and optimize customer inventory levels. Drive process improvements across the Operations team by identifying new tools for automation and AI integration, while managing relationships with the customer inventory team. Monitor shipment forecasts, track promotional orders for allocation recommendations, and generate reports on supply chain metrics including in-stock levels and forecast accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Post-Secondary degree in Business or a related discipline
- 5+ years in supply chain experience
- Proficiency in ERP Systems (SAP, Logility, Power BI)
- ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data quickly through Excel
- An analytical and solution-oriented approach, capable of solving challenges and improving processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a cross-functional team
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and analytical skills
