Demand Planning Analyst

Job Summary
Develop and distribute weekly production plans and master schedules based on installed equipment capacity to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled on time and in full. Monitor daily production plan attainment, provide status reports, and coordinate scheduling by tracking customer purchase orders and delivery commitments. Manage WIP inventory visibility, support inventory planning activities, and escalate risks impacting production plan compliance. Assist with mass production launches and ramp-ups while maintaining strict adherence to delivery requirements. This role supports Milwaukee Tool's operational excellence across its global portfolio of power tools, hand tools, outdoor power equipment, and floor care appliances.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Conversational English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
- Knowledge of production planning and scheduling
- Understanding of WIP inventory management
- Experience following customer purchase orders and delivery requirements
- Experience supporting production launches and mass production environments
