Demand Planning Analyst

Job Summary
Demand Planning Analyst for CEE at Elanco, responsible for driving the monthly forecasting cycle for applicable cluster/affiliate, leading S&OP meetings, building cross-functional relationships, collaborating with Supply Planning to align supply with commercial priorities, participating in product launches, and owning KPIs such as forecast accuracy, forecast bias, OTIF, and inventory levels. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in demand planning/forecasting, with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and English proficiency. Location: Warsaw, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting, inventory control or supply planning
- Excellent communication skills, business acumen, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent English language (written and spoken)
