Demand Planner (Vans) (需求计划专员)

Develop, integrate and provide account- or brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning, including replenishment data, point-of-sale data, sales promotions, marketing plans, manufacturing capacity, and new distribution/product deletions. Improve forecast accuracy for internal and external customers by determining appropriate forecasting algorithms; maintain product history and promotional demand; analyze internal demand streams and classify by demand patterns. Align sales/marketing intelligence for each operating unit with forecast systems by collaborating with sales organizations, national accounts, marketing, R&D, and related planning groups. May have budget and inventory responsibility; maximize account sales and inventory turns by forecasting consumer demand and developing optimal product assortments and replenishment strategies. This role supports VF Corp’s brands (e.g., Vans) and contributes to forecasting targets, fill rate achievement, and cross-functional coordination across supply chain and planning teams.
