Demand Planner

Collaborate with Commercial teams to maintain timely 18-month rolling forecasts for multiple SKUs and customers, developing statistical models and evaluating results. Research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and create, monitor, and revise forecasts for the Snacks portfolio to ensure accuracy measures are met. Establish relationships with key customers to optimize inbound supply through regular reviews and participate in Integrated Business Planning meetings to generate demand projections. Analyze trends and promotional volumes to adjust recommendations for cross-functional groups, while liaising with production planning to maximize customer service levels. Provide input on inventory strategies for existing and new products and maintain integrity in demand planning systems. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in FMCG supply chain forecasting.
