Demand Planner

Collaborate with Commercial teams to maintain timely 18-month rolling forecasts across multiple SKUs and customers, creating and maintaining statistical models while evaluating results. Establish close relationships with key customers to optimize inbound supply through regular reviews, ensuring accuracy measures are met and continuously improved. Actively participate in Integrated Business Planning meetings to generate demand projections and ensure rigour in forecast challenge discussions. Analyze trends and promotional volumes to make adjustments for cross-functional groups, maximizing customer service levels via liaison with production planning. Prepare relevant reports and KPIs while maintaining integrity in demand planning systems. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in FMCG supply chain forecasting, with a hybrid schedule of 2 to 3 days on-site in the Leeds area.
