Job Summary
The Uniforms Demand Planner develops and manages the demand plan for the Uniforms product category, builds statistical forecasting models, generates market and MRP reports, participates in S&OP, serves as the subject matter expert for forecasting processes, collaborates cross-functionally to align forecasts, conducts risk assessments, and drives continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and planning efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, Marketing, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, forecasting techniques, and spreadsheet tools (advanced Excel required)
- Experience with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, SPSS) is a plus
- Experience working within an S&OP or demand planning environment preferred
- Experience with ERP systems
- Oracle a plus
- Experience with MRP systems
- Oracle a plus
- Experience with S&OP and Planning software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels without direct authority
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
