Job Summary
Support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process from data collection through the consensus meeting by analyzing historical sales, open orders, and customer forecasts. Consolidate forecast updates, monitor accuracy, and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for Sales Review and Consensus meetings. Document decisions, assumptions, and action items while maintaining planning files and databases. Enter Firm Planned Orders in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, generate weekly packout suggestions and shopping lists, and monitor inventory levels to identify shortages or excess. Collaborate with Procurement to ensure material availability aligns with demand plans and inform Customer Service of planning updates affecting orders. Develop forecasting models, improve planning tools, and identify opportunities to enhance data quality and reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or a related role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas, charts)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
