Demand Planner Trainee

Job Summary
Support the demand planning team to analyze the impact of promotions on demand, assist in forecasting and consensus meetings, and contribute to standardization, documentation, and automation of planning processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include calculating and entering promotional sales, supporting S&OP meetings, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to gather inputs, assisting in continuous improvement projects (automation, data standardization), and updating demand reports and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Excel with strong data accuracy and detail.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proactive and organized, capable of managing multiple follow-ups.
