Job Summary
Demand Planner role responsible for maintaining European sales forecasts across markets and channels, leading pre‐Demand Review Meetings for key accounts, and contributing to monthly Demand Review and wider S&OP activities. You’ll analyze historical data and market dynamics, validate forecasts against run rates and sell-out data, collect volume forecasts for new product launches, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align demand plans at the SKU level. Opportunity to work with SAP/APO/IBP, Power BI, and advanced Excel; hybrid working model with a mix of in-office and home days in Poland and the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Supply Chain
- Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Customer Collaboration, Material Planning or Distribution Planning
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot, VLOOKUP)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
