Job Summary
Demand Planner to facilitate SIOP demand consensus, load and maintain forecasts in ERP, implement production plans into demand forecasts, manage long-range horizons (6-36 months), coordinate with Planning/Purchasing/Logistics to align demand with supply, and drive continuous improvement in a high-velocity aerospace manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional input for collaborative demand forecasts, ensuring data integrity in ERP systems, managing sales orders, communicating demand changes to leadership, and maintaining world-class quality and safety standards. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities, plus proficiency with ERP systems and Excel/BI tools, are required. Salary range: $85,000–$110,000 USD; full-time roles with a comprehensive compensation package including RSUs/PSUs and onsite health benefits in Vermont.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, or operations, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years direct experience in demand planning, forecasting, or similar planning roles
- Experience with an ERP system (Epicor, SAP, Plex, or Oracle)
- Highly skilled in Excel and/or Business Intelligence platforms
- Strong understanding of demand planning fundamentals and forecasting methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable in a dynamic work environment with the ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to work both as part of a team and as an individual contributor
