Job Summary
Develop and manage the regional demand plan, maintain forecast models, and provide input to financial and production planning. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and other stakeholders to understand demand drivers, document forecast assumptions, and support monthly forecast accuracy. Collaborate with Supply Chain Production Schedulers and Production to align plans, and apply strong analytical, data-analysis, and communication skills to optimize planning and execution.
