Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products by collaborating with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence. Monitor forecast accuracy, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and identify potential demand risks and opportunities. Present demand plans and insights during S&OP meetings. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, 3+ years of experience in demand planning within a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in demand planning software such as SAP APO, Kinaxis, or JDA. Required Qualifications
