Job Summary
Demand Planner responsible for forecasting demand and maintaining inventory optimization across multiple product classes. Collaborate with buying, marketing, and production to gather insights, monitor inventory levels and KPIs, identify discrepancies between forecasted and actual demand, and ensure timely delivery of products. Requires strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently. Hybrid role based in the Los Angeles office (3 days in-office per week: Tue–Thu).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or other relevant field
- 2+ years of retail apparel planning, demand planning, allocation, or analytics experience
- Excellent communication, written, oral, and group facilitation
- Proficient Excel skills, including formulas such as sumifs, vlookups, etc., and pivot tables
- Ability to work independently
