Job Summary
Developing and refining demand forecasts for multiple time horizons by collecting data from internal and external sources, analysing sales and stock, reviewing historical trends, and modelling the impact of promotions and production delays. Coordinate cross-functional research with sales, marketing and finance to understand forecast drivers, maintain and use forecasting software, and provide input to supply planning to develop inventory strategies for existing items, new products, and phase-outs. Demonstrate a passion for numbers, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively to forecast customer demand and drive efficient supply chain outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Right-To-Work within the UK (without sponsorship)
- Minimum Education to Bachelors Degree level
- 2 years’ experience preferably in FMCG or retail industries
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with forecasting tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
