Job Summary
Demand Planner at Lifetime Brands responsible for managing a demand and supply plan, creating supply plans, and communicating with suppliers to ensure forecast accuracy and targeted inventory levels. Collaborates with Suppliers, Category Managers, Sales, Warehousing, and Finance; analyzes monthly forecasts at customer/product levels; reviews forecast models and conducts error analysis to improve forecasting; develops production schedules and inventory plans, identifies bottlenecks, and escalates forecast issues to senior leadership. Participates in monthly S&OP meetings, provides sales forecast reporting, and supports cross-functional teams. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of experience, SAP and/or Demand Solutions familiarity, MRP understanding, data analysis skills, and strong communication abilities; hybrid work model in a general office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–5 years in the field or related area
- Experience with SAP and/or Demand Solutions
- Understanding of MRP and the impact of forecasts on downstream supply chain processes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
