Demand Planner Lead – SG

Job Summary
Develop the 0-24-month IBP forecast by brand and SKU level, coordinating input from sales, marketing, and partners. Review disaggregated short-term demand plans including SKU/location mix and weekly pacing, then provide finalized detailed plans to supply planners with adjustments based on feedback. Contribute to the demand management cycle for integrated business planning, liaise with commercial and operational teams to improve communication, and manage forecast compilation processes for short-term weekly and long-term plans. Interact with the modelling team for statistical forecasting and perform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement regarding forecast errors and bias.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment
- Experience within an IBP/S&OP environment
- Able to influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint
