Job Summary
Improve forecast accuracy by utilizing historical sales data to adjust demand forecasts for promotions, seasonal variations, special events, and new products. Work closely with category management, marketing, and operations teams to align demand forecasts with supply chain capabilities. Maintain and adjust purchasing tool parameters to ensure inventory optimization while creating purchase orders and monitoring supplier delivery for MFC replenishment. Enhance supplier performance by facilitating communication, addressing concerns, and establishing improvement plans. Monitor and report Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators, analyzing data on availability, inventory levels, and fill rates to identify trends and drive action plans for operational excellence. Fluent in English and one of the local languages (Kazakh or Kyrgyz) is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a Supply Chain / Operations discipline
- Two years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably focused on Demand or Supply Planning
- Excellent business judgment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Practical, common sense approach to getting things done
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Google Applications
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in one of the local languages (Kazakh or Kyrgyz)
