Demand Planner - KZ/KG

Job Summary
Improve forecast accuracy by utilizing historical sales data to adjust demand forecasts for promotions, seasonal variations, and new products. Work closely with category management, marketing, and operations teams to align demand forecasts with supply chain capabilities. Maintain purchasing tool parameters to optimize inventory and create purchase orders for MFC replenishment while monitoring supplier delivery. Analyze data to identify trends and risks, then drive action plans to optimize processes and reduce costs. Monitor country-level supply chain KPIs and facilitate communication with suppliers to address performance concerns. Fluently speak English and Kazakh or Kyrgyz.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a Supply Chain / Operations discipline
- Two years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably focused on Demand or Supply Planning
- Excellent business judgment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Practical, common sense approach to getting things done
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Google Applications
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in one of the local languages (Kazakh or Kyrgyz)
