Job Summary
Lead 0–18 month SKU forecasts, facilitate monthly Demand Review, analyze forecast performance and root causes to drive continuous accuracy improvements, partner with sales and customer teams to incorporate retail plan changes and key volume drivers into forecasts, and drive forecasting-process improvements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in supply chain/forecasting, with proficiency in Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Excel; willingness to travel up to 10%. Located in Neenah, WI or Chicago, IL with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business Related field, a degree in Supply Chain, preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Finance or Customer Development
- Experience with accurate business forecasting, supply and demand, and quantitative business analysis skills
- Experience in developing customer relations and providing business analysis
- Advanced analytical skills, experience extracting repository data and building reports in tools such as Power BI, Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Excel
- Experience explaining to other business partners the insights of ad-hoc reporting to identify root cause of forecast errors
- Team player that has the ability to share knowledge with peers to elevate the data analytics capabilities of the team
- Ability to travel up to 10% of work time
