Job Summary
Own and maintain statistical forecasting models within SAP IBP, analyzing demand patterns, seasonality, and product lifecycle trends to drive forecast accuracy. Serve as the primary SAP IBP Key User and subject matter expert, providing first-line support for planning issues, data discrepancies, and user queries while leading User Acceptance Testing and system change validation. Partner with commercial and IT teams to improve baseline forecast quality, maintain training materials, and develop SOPs for end-user onboarding. Execute weekly PLM analysis for the EU region and lead continuous improvement initiatives related to planning automation and process governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline
- 3+ Years proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist with a focus on Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, with SAP IBP/S&OP environments
- Expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel with VBA, SAP IBP demand module and data analytics
- Experience acting as a SAP IBP Key User, Super User, or Process Owner
- Experience supporting UAT, change management, and end-user training programs
- Understanding of planning process governance, controls, and system release management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAC, etc.) and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and R
- Knowledge of SAP ERP / S4HANA integration
