Job Summary
Demand Planner role focused on forecasting activities for customers and products, developing demand forecasts across multiple time horizons, aligning operations planning with cross-functional teams, maintaining forecast models, and supporting supply planning decisions. Requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Customer Finance to understand assumptions, reconcile forecast variances, ensure adequate capacity and supply strategies, manage inventories and aging/slow-moving products, maintain the Demand Planning system, participate in product lifecycle activities, support NPD/DRM meetings, and contribute to product data management and launches. Preference for a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in supply chain/planning with SAP experience; English and Turkish language proficiency; manufacturing background; strong cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain/planning roles
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in demand planning
- Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations
- Proficiency in English and Turkish
- Manufacturing background
- Experience with SAP planning systems
