Job Summary
Create regional demand plans and forecasts for HOKA by analyzing sales data at style, color, and size levels to inform seasonal buying cycles. Drive efficient SKU selection and optimize sell-out plans to minimize stock obsolescence while ensuring product availability aligns with launch requirements and intro dates. Monitor systems for issues, revise demand plans based on re-order trends, and submit monthly consensus forecasts to stakeholders across sales, supply planning, and finance teams. Challenge over/under sales patterns and implement forecast changes to meet organizational goals at the EMEA level.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced planner with multi-brand and multi-region operations knowledge
- Strong understanding of Retail, Wholesale, and E-Commerce operations
- Experience in wholesale Demand Planning roles in the EMEA market
- omni-channel experience
- Commercially aware with knowledge of Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the end consumer
- Mathematically minded with advanced Excel skills
Desired Qualifications
- Other European language desirable (French, German, or Dutch)
