Job Summary
Develop demand forecasts for assigned sales channels across multiple aggregation levels and time horizons by analyzing historical sales trends and identifying key demand drivers. Collaborate with Sales, Product/GTM, and Finance teams to integrate business insights into planning decisions while managing supply planning activities, including updating bi-weekly files and reviewing inventory levels. Work closely with retailers through on-cadence CPFR meetings to address potential risks and coordinate with China-based HQ and Operations teams to ensure forecast alignment and secure sufficient inventory. Travel up to 10% within Canada and to the North American home office in Seattle, Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 2+ years prior Supply Chain- Demand planning experience
- Retail or eCommerce experience
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially spreadsheet modeling skills, including PivotTables, lookups, basic formulas, and data organization
- Advanced experience with Power BI
- Travel up to 10% within Canada and to the North American home office in Seattle, Washington
