Job Summary
Demand Planner for Direct Markets at Tangle Teezer (a brand within BIC World) responsible for creating rolling 18-month demand forecasts using historical trends, sell-through data, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure forecast accuracy and optimized stock. Will partner with internal commercial/distributor planning teams, use statistical data and modelling to generate robust forecasts, coordinate with Production & Purchasing to align demand with capacity, and highlight risks/opportunities versus the financial plan within the monthly S&OP process. Involves contributing to product lifecycle management and ABC classifications. Requires 2+ years in Demand Planning or related fields, strong analytical and Excel skills, effective stakeholder communication, and a proactive approach. Nice-to-have: Dynamics NAV, AGR, other MRP systems; experience with Amazon. Required Qualifications
- 2 years+ experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Operations
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient Excel user
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, can-do attitude and desire to improve processes and outputs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics NAV, AGR or other MRP desirable
- Experience working with Amazon advantageous for Direct role
